The injected black plastic “dagger” surrounding the dip tube had to be supple enough to be inserted inside the flacon while remaining resistant to the juice. Wider than the neck of the bottle, it perfectly color matches the black injected plastic cap forming the top portion, creating the illusion of a flacon pierced by a dagger. Two sizes of the dagger were made.

What’s green: The technical challenge of controlling the notching of the screw ring to ensure the same positioning of the dagger on every bottle enabled the supplier to minimize the reject rate.
