A bespoke glass airless bottle with multilayer pouch.

Technical points: A pouch-based airless system powered by LUMSON TAG (Techno Airless Glass) technology and the SMART dispensing engine built in a square glass bottle. Assembling the pouch into a square-shaped glass container while ensuring tight control of the pouch overflow capacity after assembly and the correct product volume and restitution to consumer was a challenge. The bottle contains up to 40% recycled glass and the pump and overcap are styrene free.
