The PZ spray pump is 60% composed of a blend of PCR and PIR resins; while these materials are generally tinted due to their origin, Aptar produced an ivory white pump. The supplier made a mold for a PCR/PIR version of the pump and added a lubricant to reduce the retention force of the PCR cap, much stronger than that of a conventional resin cap.

What’s green: The PZ pump is 60% composed of PCR/PIR resin and 40% virgin resin.
