A custom outer case designed for three airtight sticks (highlighter, lip & cheek and eyeshadow) for an on-the-go make-up kit.

Technical points: Compact products enabling full face make-up are housed in a case protecting the sticks from drying and breaking; air tightness, stability and cushioning were paramount. Mounting a stick within a carrying case caused significant drop testing challenges as any inertia from a drop tended to be transferred directly to the lipstick, causing dislodged sticks or damaged bullets. The outer case is mainly made from an ABS/SAN blend and the lipsticks have aluminum outer components; the refillable pack also integrates PCR material.
