A multi-layer “pop-up” label featuring embossing, debossing and hot stamping.

Technical points: Two labels make for a multilayered solution: the top white label (in Fasson Cotton Touch FSC) is debossed and features touches of gold foil. Three materials are combined and made free of creases or bubbles to allow for the “sheep fleece” effect. The black label underneath (Fasson Cotton Black) is uncoated; its 100% cotton pulp makes for a rough texture surface. Nano debossed and hot-stamped, the wolf’s eyes detail is embossed and hot-stamped in gold. This project marks the first time that this type of large-format label can be automated, notes the supplier.
