The applicant hereby declares and guarantees that he/she is the owner and/or has obtained all authorizations from the holders of the intellectual or industrial property rights, in particular from the holder of the associated trademark(s) but also of the drawings and models, photos, videos, copyrights…. (including, if applicable, the service providers involved in the project presented) attached to the products presented as well as to any element of the application file, authorizes the Organizer to reproduce and represent these elements during the Awards Ceremony, in its magazine FORMES DE LUXE and on its websites formesdeluxe.com and prix.formesdeluxe.com as well as in any other media whatever the medium likely to deal with the Formes de Luxe 2024 Awards and in particular the promotional documents of the following editions. Such authorizations shall be made without obligation of any kind on the part of the Organizer, consequently, guarantees the Organizer against any recourse with regard to the above.
